How will I know if my interlibrary loan has arrived?
You will receive an email (to your Queen's email account) when your request has been fulfilled.
- For print items, you will be notified by email when the material is available for pickup.
- If you requested an article or book chapter scan, you will receive an email containing a web link to an electronic copy (PDF), along with instructions on how to access it.
You can check the status of your interlibrary loan request by logging into your library account and navigating to the "requests" menu.
