If you retained the email you first received when you were first hired by Queen’s University, it should list your NetID. You can reset your password by going to the Queen’s University Identity Platform. NetID issues are overseen by IT Services. If you cannot locate your NetID at all, you can ask us or submit a ticket to Queen’s IT services.
