How long do interlibrary loans normally take to arrive?
It depends! Interlibrary loan staff will make every effort to get the material requested in the shortest time possible. Delivery time depends on many factors, such as where the material is located and how quickly a library or supplier can respond to the request. In general, placing a request through Omni for a book owned by one of our Ontario Omni partners will be faster than if we must go outside of the Omni network.
You can check the status of your interlibrary loan request by logging into your library account and navigating to the "requests" menu.
